Privacy policy
What we collect from players, why we process it, how long it is held and what you can ask us to do with it. This applies across the website, the apps and every account.
1. Categories of data collected
The data held on an account reflects which parts of the platform have been used.
- Identity: your name, date of birth, a government-issued document and a photograph used to confirm it belongs to you.
- Contact details: the email address, phone number and address you supply.
- Account records: username, sessions, product preferences and self-imposed limits.
- Payment history: the methods chosen and every deposit and withdrawal. Card data itself is handled by certified processors rather than stored here.
- Device information: address, hardware, operating system, browser and platform activity logs.
- Messages: anything sent to support, kept with the enquiry.
Some of this information is mandatory in order to open an account, verify your identity and meet obligations on fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering. Declining to supply required information may prevent access to parts of the service, including withdrawals.
2. What the processing achieves
The data held is applied to the following ends.
- Running your account from opening to closure.
- Establishing identity, age and eligibility before play begins.
- Executing deposits and payouts securely.
- Blocking fraud, misuse and unauthorised entry to accounts.
- Complying with law and responding to official requests.
- Answering your questions and resolving disputes.
- Delivering operational notices and, subject to consent, details of promotions.
- Analysing usage in aggregate to improve the site and the mobile app.
Processing is carried out on legal bases that include performance of the service contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure, and consent where consent is required.
3. Cookie categories and control
A session stays open, an odds format is remembered and usage is measured through cookies. The essential group is not optional: the account area will not work without it.
| Type | Purpose | Can it be disabled? |
|---|---|---|
| Required | Session continuity and payment security | No, the account depends on it |
| Comfort | Interface language and layout choices | Yes |
| Statistics | Anonymous usage totals | Yes |
| Advertising | Relevance of the offers you see | Yes |
You can manage cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling the non-essential categories does not prevent you from reading the site or reviewing our games.
4. Disclosure to service providers
No data is sold to anyone. Disclosure happens only in the following situations:
- Processors of payments, for deposits and withdrawals to complete.
- Document-checking services, to establish identity and age.
- Content suppliers providing the games themselves.
- Hosting and support vendors running the technical side.
- Regulators and courts, where disclosure is legally required.
Every provider is bound by contractual confidentiality obligations and may process the data only for the purpose for which it was supplied.
5. Processing data across borders
Operating across several markets means data can be processed beyond Ethiopia, in the countries where our providers are based.
Where a transfer takes place, contractual safeguards are applied so that the level of protection travels with the data.
6. Storage periods for each record
When a retention period ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
| Data | Retained for |
|---|---|
| Registration and identity files | Account lifetime plus the retention period set by law |
| Deposits and withdrawals | The term required under financial-crime rules |
| Support tickets | Closed with the enquiry, then moved to archive |
| Technical activity logs | Retained briefly for security purposes |
7. Security measures in place
Encryption protects data in transit, internal access follows a need-to-know rule, and certified processors handle every payment operation.
Since no platform can promise absolute safety, the habits on your side carry real weight. Choose a password you use for nothing else, keep it to yourself, and treat any request for it as fraudulent whoever appears to send it. See the login page for the rest.
8. Exercising your data rights
- A copy of everything held about you, on request.
- A correction where a detail is wrong or incomplete.
- Erasure, so far as retention rules allow.
- An objection to any specific processing activity.
- Transfer of your data in a portable format.
- Consent withdrawn at any moment, with no effect on what came before.
Requests are submitted through the address in section 12 or through our contact page.
9. Under-eighteens and account access
Access is limited to those aged 18 and above. No data is knowingly gathered from minors, and any account found to belong to one is terminated.
Age is checked at registration and again during identity verification.
10. Marketing preferences you control
Promotional messages are sent only with consent. Unsubscribing takes one click from any message, and the preference is editable in the account area.
Operational messages - security alerts, transaction confirmations, changes to terms - are not marketing and continue regardless of marketing preferences.
11. Revisions to these terms
Revisions happen when the service or the applicable rules change. This page always carries the current text, and notable changes appear in the account area first.
12. Privacy contact and controller
ALASIA SOFT B.V. acts as controller for all personal data described here, from its registered office at Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03, Curaçao.
